Shipping policy

Shipping

Every order is packed by hand and shipped from Bulverde, Texas. Books are signed before they go out.

Processing time: Orders ship within 2–3 business days. If I'm traveling for an event, it may take a little longer, and I'll let you know by email.

Delivery: Orders ship by USPS and usually arrive within 2–5 business days after they leave. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Cost: Standard shipping is $5.99. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

Where I ship: Within the United States only, for now.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email me at kathy@kathysechrist.com and I'll make it right.
